The Swanepoel Power 200 is an industry ranking that identifies influential leaders in residential real estate based on their impact on strategy, operations, and industry direction. Consedine’s inclusion is a result of his leadership role overseeing one of the largest brokerages within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.
As president, Consedine leads operations across 42 offices and more than 2,200 agents from San Luis Obispo to San Diego. The company reported completing more than 6,700 transactions totaling $11.4 billion in sales volume in 2024, positioning it as the No. 2 brokerage globally by volume within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.
“Brent’s leadership combines strategic vision with genuine empathy and operational discipline. His ability to guide the organization through market volatility, regulatory change, and crisis—while keeping agent success and culture at the center—exemplifies modern, values-driven leadership,” said Chris Kelly, President & CEO of HomeServices of America.
According to the company, Consedine has overseen office expansions in Paso Robles, Westlake Village, and Encino, as well as brokerage recruitment efforts in Los Angeles and Orange County. Under his leadership, the firm is home to three of the top five agents globally within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand and has expanded its Commercial Division’s standing within the network.
“Being named to the Swanepoel Power 200 is an honor that reflects the collective efforts of our leadership team, agents, and staff. I’m proud to lead an organization that prioritizes integrity, innovation, and service to our communities,” said Consedine.
Consedine has also guided the organization through regulatory changes tied to national litigation and coordinated responses to regional wildfire events, including agent support initiatives and fundraising efforts for affected communities.
