MISSION VIEJO, Calif., May 8, 2026 (CALIFORNIA NEWS TODAY) — Community banking institution Partners Bank of California (OTC: PBKX) has promoted Michael Chambers to President and Chief Executive Officer.

Chambers previously served as President and Chief Banking Officer. The bank’s Board of Directors approved the promotion unanimously.

Chambers joined Partners Bank in 2007 as one of its earliest employees shortly after the bank’s formation. He began his career with the institution as a client advisor and advanced through leadership roles as the bank expanded its operations and client base.

In his new role, Chambers will oversee the bank’s strategic direction, daily operations and long-term growth initiatives.
