SAN FRANCISCO, July 23, 2026, (CALIFORNIA NEWS TODAY) -- BLOND:ISH will headline Pier Play San Francisco on Sept. 19 as RASA World brings the waterfront music festival to Elevation Sky Park San Francisco at Pier 70.
The outdoor event will mark the first public programming at Elevation Sky Park San Francisco, an entertainment campus developed by Elevation XR in partnership with Brookfield Properties.
The 21-and-over festival will run from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and feature electronic music, food, interactive art and cultural programming. BLOND:ISH will be joined by Nico de Andrea, Darco, MALAS and Admiral.
Pier Play was launched by San Francisco-based RASA World at the Santa Monica Pier in 2024. The company has since held four sold-out editions of the festival.
“Everything started in San Francisco for us, and after four straight sellouts on the Santa Monica Pier, this is the city we wanted to bring Pier Play to next. We just needed the right home and the right partners, and at Pier 70, with Elevation Sky Park, Brookfield, and EMPIRE, we found both. This is our first festival outside Los Angeles, and it won't be our last,” said Ahmad Muhaisen, co-founder and CEO of RASA World.
Elevation Sky Park San Francisco is being developed as a venue for live music, art, film, wellness and immersive entertainment. EMPIRE acquired a strategic stake in the campus in September 2025 to support future music and cultural programming.
“This first event belongs to all of San Francisco and all the community members that pulled together to make it happen. We built ESP SF to be a gathering place for the Bay Area, and there is no better way to open our doors than by welcoming our neighbors into the park for a celebration of music, art, community and connection. This is the first of many events to come. There will be more and more to experience at Pier 70,” said Sean Ahearn, CEO and co-founder of Elevation XR.
Elevation XR also released renderings of three planned geodesic projection domes that will be used for concerts, art installations, film screenings and other events.
The completed campus is designed to accommodate approximately 2,500 people. The three domes will have individual capacities ranging from 150 to 750 guests. Additional dome programming and immersive experiences are scheduled to begin as the venue opens in phases.

Pier Play San Francisco will take place at Pier 70, located at the end of 22nd Street along San Francisco Bay. General admission and VIP tickets are scheduled to go on sale July 30 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
