LIVERMORE, Calif., July 10, 2026 (CALIFORNIA NEWS TODAY) – Homebuilder City Ventures has announced the opening of Parkview, a new solar-powered townhome community in Livermore, with a public grand opening celebration scheduled for July 11.

The fair-themed event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature model home tours, family activities, food and entertainment inspired by the Alameda County Fair.

Parkview includes two townhome floor plans ranging from approximately 1,430 to 1,770 square feet with three to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms and attached two-car garages. According to the company, homes include all-electric construction, owned solar panels, smart-home technology, energy-efficient appliances and open-concept living spaces. Plan 2 also includes a first-floor den designed for flexible use.

The community is located near downtown Livermore, parks, trails, wineries and Livermore Downs Community Park. City Ventures said homes are currently priced from $799,990.

"Starting from $799,990, Parkview truly brings something special to Livermore—solar-powered, energy-efficient homes at a price point rarely seen for new construction in the Bay Area. We're excited to welcome new homeowners to our first community in Livermore where they can enjoy modern living while being connected to Livermore's vibrant downtown, parks, trails, wineries, and the unique quality of life that makes this city so special. Prospective homeowners are often surprised to learn how many premium features are included as standard in City Ventures' homes. These are not retrofitted upgrades or expensive add-on packages; instead, they're thoughtful enhancements that are integrated into every home from the very beginning. Opportunities to own a brand-new home in Livermore are limited, and we're excited to open the doors to Parkview this weekend. We encourage prospective homeowners to join our Grand Opening celebration, tour the models, enjoy delicious fair treats, and discover firsthand what makes this community so unique—and why it's slated to sell out so quickly," said Natasha Zabaneh, President of City Ventures.

City Ventures develops residential communities throughout California, focusing on urban infill and suburban housing projects. The has built more than 5,000 homes across the state and currently controls more than 8,000 residential lots.
